 ΙΕΡA MONΗ ΑΓ.ΝΕΚΤΑΡΙΟΥ ΚΑΙ ΟΣ.ΠΑΙΣΙΟΥ 

Με την χαρη του Θεού και την συνεργασία πολλών πιστών και των  αδελφών της Ι.Μονης, ενός πιστού από την Ζιμπαμπουε, ενός εθελοντου από την Κένυα και του Ιεραποστολικου συλλόγου "Δράσις Aγαπης" απο την Κρήτη εκ του μηδενός προσπαθούμε να γίνει σήμερα,  η πρώτη απευθείας μετάδοση των Ιερών Ακολουθιών.Οι πολύωρες δοκιμες με την προσπάθεια των ανωτέρω αναφερόμενων με την ευλογία της  ΠΑΝΑΓΊΑΣ και των Αγίων της Μονης μας, απέβησαν θετικές και συγχωρεστε μας εάν τυχόν υπάρξει πρόβλημα κατά την διάρκεια μετάδοσης των ακολουθιών, τότε θα αναρτηθει μαγνητοφωνημενη ολοκληρη στο blog της Μονής.

When should we pray ?
When we suffer, 
when we are in pain,
when we starve,

when we are wronged,
when we are slandered, 
when we are in despair (though there should be no despair for us),
when we lose faith, 
when we are fought, 
when we are scorned,
when we are favoured, 
when we are distinguished, 
when we fail, 
when we succeed,

when we get sick,
when we are in good health, 
when we are prosperous, 
when we are deprived, 
when we start,
when we finish our work, 
when we neglect, 
when everything goes right,

it is then that we should pray. 
He who knelt down a little before He was crucified and prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane , He hears our prayers when they are right, 
when we strive and struggle with orthopraxy and orthodoxy.

 MY JOYFULNESS, PANAGIA !!!

There was an elder Monk who cried like a small child every time he would hear the name of PANAGIA.

There was a Monk from Kafsokalivia who was singing the hymn «It is truly right to call you blest» every time he would change side at night.

There was an Abbot of Holy Monastery Grigoriou who had blotted away the paint from Her icon by constantly venerating it.

Today, with the opportunity of the great feast of Annunciation of THEOTOKOS, His Eminence the Bishop of our Diocese Markos, celebrated the divine liturgy which followed the devoutly and according to the monastic orders held service of Matins and was attended by the local faithfuls. During the Holy Mass he conducted the Enthronement of the venerable nun Sister  Anthousa as the first Abbes, Yerontissa of our Holy Monastery «PANAGIA TRIHEROUSA».

  Today the grace of the Holy Spirit has gathered us, in order  to perform the Enthronement of the Abbes, as the spiritual Mother of the Sisters, and of the ones that are to come and devote themselves in the monastic way of life. 

  The emotion reached a peak when H.E. Bishop Markos took off his carried on the chest cross, the one that Highpriests wear along with the distinguishing of their authority pectoral medallion, and he gave it to the Abbes to have it, since the Monastery lacked of such a Cross. In addition, he handed His rod to her to keep it as the Abbes.

 In His sermon the Bishop wished to the newly ordained Abbes paternaly about her new ministry which is so significant for herself as well as for the entire Sisterhood, and He emphasized on the contribution of the Monasteries to the spiritual life, to the country and to the missionary work in general.  

   Our Monastery is the first and the only one in Kenya, and today it was the first Enthronement ever conducted by our Bishop. After the Enthronement and the divine Liturgy the traditional, monastic treat was offered, prepared with the Greek nobility and tradition by the volunteers and the sisters of the Convent for this special day. 

  Let us pray that God, our Lord, through the intercessions of His All-pure and Immaculate Mother, our LADY THEOTOKOS and EVER-VIRGIN MARY, may strengthen the new Abbes, the Yerontissa in the duties that she has undertaken today so that she pleases and gratifies PANAGIA, who is the chief and the FIRST Abbes, and also our Holy  Venerable Fathers and Mothers, the Angels, H.E. our Bishop and the Abbot of the Monastery.

  May she be consolidated and have lots of patience in her ministry…

Ἀκολουθία Ἁγίας Σκέπης τῆς Θεοτόκου

 

 

 

   ΜΡ….    Τῆς Ἁγίας  Σκέπης τῆς ΘΕΟΤΟΚΟΥ   …….ΘΥ

 

   Μία ἀπό τίς ΘΕΟΜΗΤΟΡΙΚΕΣ Ἑορτές , ὄχι τοῦ δωδεκαόρτου , εἰς τόν λειτουργικόν ἐκκλησιαστικόν κύκλον τῆς ἐκκλησίας μας , εἶναι ἡ Ἑορτή Τῆς Ἁγίας Σκέπης τῆς ΠΑΝΑΓΙΑΣ .

 

   Εἶναι Θρησκευτική καί Ἐθνική ἑορτή , ἑνωμένη , ὅπως τό δέρμα μας μέ το σῶμα · ἡ σάρκα , με τά ὁστά μας . 

 

   Εὐχόμαστε , πάντα νά λυτρώνει τό εὐσεβές ἡμῶν Ἔθνος , καί τάς ψυχάς μας , ἀπό καθε ἐπιβουλή ὁρατῶν καί ἀοράτων ἐχθρῶν , καί 

πάντα ἡ θεία Σκέπη της, νά ἀπλώνεται , σάν μία φωτεινή Νεφέλη , σέ  κάθε βῆμα καί  ὅλες τίς παραμέτρους τῆς ζωῆς μας , καί σέ καθε γωνιά τῆς Πατρίδος μας ,  καί πάλιν νά μᾶς λυτρώνει ἀπό τούς νέους ἐχθρούς , οἱ ὁποῖοι εἶναι οἱ ἴδιοι οἱ παλαοί ...σέ ...νέα ἔκδοση , ἐπανέκδοση , μέ προσθήκη περισσοτέρων ἐνεργειῶν , καί παγίδων , καί μέ κάθε φύσεως καθηλώσεων  , καί κατεδαφίσεων  .

Σεβαστά καί ἀγαπητά παιδιά, 

νέοι γονεῖς , ..

εὐλογεῖτε , εὐλογημένοι νά εἶστε, 

ἡ ΠΑΝΑΓΙΑ πάντα καί παντοῦ μαζί σας .

 

καλή ἀνατροφή , ἐν παιδείᾳ καί νουθεσία Κυρίου , τῶν παιδιῶν σας , καί να γίνονται τίμια μέλη στήν κοινωνία, μέ ἰδανικά, και ἀρετές, πού τόσο ἔχει ἀνάγκη ἡ σημερινή κοινωνία .

 

   Ἐπειδή πολλάκις ὑπάρχει ἄγνοια , καί σύγχυσις περί τοῦ σαραντισμοῦ τῶν βρεφῶν , γράφονται τά παρακάτω δια νά γνωρίζετε , τήν θεση , και τοποθετηση τῆς Ἐκκλησίας μας , ἡ ὁποία εἶναι ἡ ταμειοῦχος, τῆς θείας χαριτος .
